Assistant I

Los Angeles


We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our multi-disciplinary operations team. The position will work closely with our other operations personnel to handle day-to-day office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and supporting office visitors in our venture ecosystem as needed.


Responsibilities


  • Develop organizational procedures and operational systems for office operations

  • Improve internal/external stakeholder relationships through active communications

  • Manage office mail, schedules, equipment/supplies, and traffic as needed

  • Continue education in organizational management and operations

  • Establish team atmosphere through positive leadership skills

 

Qualifications


  • Certificate or Degree or in marketing (or related field preferred)

  • 1+ years of office support experience

  • Excellent in fast-paced environments a plus

  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office, etc.

  • Excellent in client facing sales, reporting engagements

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, management and communication skills

  • Experience in fund environment/management a plus

 

Compensation


  • Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Reports to Operations Team
