Each Legendary Partner has contributed materially to the corpus of capital we manage. In do doing, we assure a singular investment and exit focus that minimizes risk to our investors and limited partners. Jayson Kim

Jayson Kim is a retail executive having held senior leadership roles leading the direct-to-consumer businesses at J.Crew Group, Jones (Nine West) Group, Perry Ellis International, BCBGMAXAZRIA Group, and Nokia Corporation. As head of the direct businesses, he transformed some of the most recognized consumer brands in the world into the fastest growing “omni” retail businesses in the industry (National Retail Federation 100).

Jayson is a graduate of Columbia University.

Jamie Driver

Jamie Driver is a marketing executive having held senior leadership roles leading direct-to-media practices at Morpheus Media, Mass Transit Interactive and AtmosphereBBDO, the online arm of the BBDO Worldwide Network of Advertising Agencies. As co-founder of Morpheus Media, he transformed Morpheus into one of the fastest growing media agencies in the industry (Entrepreneur 50).

Jamie is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

MANAGING PARTNER

David Rowe

David Rowe is a licensed investment banker with extensive experience across the biotechnology, technology, and business-to-business sectors. He has successfully raised capital through both debt-and-equity financing structures, delivering strategic and creative solutions to address companies’ working capital and growth needs. He was also a co-founder of a biotechnology company in the CRISPR space, where he established key licensing relationships with major universities and pharmaceutical companies.

David is a graduate of Hofstra University.

OF GENERAL COUNSEL

Jon Aras, J.D.

Jon-Jorge Aras is an experienced U.S. securities attorney. He has substantial experience representing individuals and entities engaged with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, FINRA, and state securities agencies. He was also the Chair of the Warren Law Group's Securities Litigation practice area and a legal commentator and contributor to various media outlets including FOX News on subject matters involving compliance, governance, and regulatory oversight in the finance industry.

Jon is a graduate of Villanova University and Drexel School of Law. (Attorney ID: 314967).

ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Sara Rana, M.D., MBA

Dr. Sara Rana is a finance executive operating at the intersection of biotechnology, healthcare and medicine. She has held senior leadership roles across organizations including Stanford University, Texas Health Resources, Texas Health & Human Services, and Capital Factory leading growth, with a focus on strategic investments across emerging technologies within the broader medical industry. Across these roles, she has led business restructurings by scaling organizations through operational turnarounds to an M&A exit.

Sara is a graduate of New York University.

FELLOW

Nolan Lee

Nolan Lee is a venture fellow in the venture capital ecosystem. He provides operational support for the firm’s early-stage venture Scouts program and serves as the community manager for the firm’s operating subsidiary VC Arena. 

Nolan attends Southern Methodist University.



PRINCIPAL

Alex Konopatzke, MBA

Alex Konopatzke is a finance professional who leverages a background in commercial real estate, corporate M&A, and capital fundraising. He helps lead the firm's efforts in deal sourcing, evaluating potential investments, supporting portfolio companies, and raising capital.

Alex is a graduate of The University of California, San Diego and the University of Texas at Austin.
